| THANK
YOU/ continued
We have Somerfield in Upminster
to thank for allowing us the opportunity to pack shopping
bags on Saturday 10th December. Their customers made
donations totally £691. A brilliant result.
Special thanks also to Harry
Ellis (Leicester Tigers and now England scrum half)
for sending us a signed 2006 diary for auction.
Tesco have sent us vouchers totalling £50.
Thank you.
We must say thank you to ‘The Ballon
Box’, in particular Ena Hutcheson, who have provided
heart shaped balloons for the Lower School Ball.
Our appreciation goes to Anthony Poynton and
Sportswear
International for making such a super job of printing
our expedition t-shirts. They're great. Thank you.
Jack Petchey has awarded 10 of our students £300
each - an amazing sum of £3000 towards our total.
To say we are delighted would be putting it mildly.
Thank you.
Also a big thank you to Mr Fordham who ran
an IT afternoon with year 8 and they raised another
£350 with a variety of table stalls / games etc.
We would like to thank Mr. John McPherson of McPherson
Preservation (Bedford) for donating all the screws,
rawlplugs and drill bits we need for the project.
Mr. Govani, a pharmacist in Cranham
gave us the opportunity to buy malaria tablets at cost
price. Much appreciated.
